BJP Leader must know the truth of caste, it’s not merit but reservation and monopoly of three castes – Nikhil Sablania
BJP leader Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, the infamous person in the case of exploitation of Indian women wrestlers, has said that the three so called upper caste Hindu people, Brahmin, Baniya and Rajput, would go for a hard earned money rathar taking reservation. Many Caste Hindus are supporting him. Here is an interesting observation. I went to Rajasthan after many years. I found that many Scheduled Caste people (Dalits) have opened shops. I asked a person the reason for this change. He replied, that because Baniya (vaishya) caste people have migrated to other states, now people could open shops because baniyas, due to caste system monopoly, used to object others to open shop and didn’t allow them. I remember till my last visit in 1997, there were shops only owned by baniyas. Now, such reservation of baniya caste was there for two thousand years. Come to Rajputs, they own land and Scheduled Caste people were bonded labourers who were landless till land ceiling was implanted and got land after thousands of years. Was that not a full reservation of Rajput, that they owned land, collected tax, right to own weapons, make army? The monopoly Brahmins created over education is well known that they made harsh rules and even death penalty for shudra (SC/ST/OBC) if they read text books. Now, after independence, same people who monopolised over all land and resources, have monopolised politics and capital and diverted opportunities and wealth to their own castes. How could they say that they won’t take reservation whereas they are exploiting caste reservation and monopoly for thousands of years? And I wonder how could people are endorsing this shameful person who exploited, abused and disrespected Indian women wrestlers. In a civilised society such a person is anti national, but due to casteist mindset people are endorsing him. – Nikhil Sablania
